23-077 Peptide Moisturizer

Study is an 4 week,4 visit Peptide Moisturizer ,Individuals who are not currently participating in any face study or have participated within 7 days (or 14 days if finished Oral Supplement Study) of study start. Individuals with no damaged skin, tattoos, scars, non-removable piercings. No micro-bladed , eyeliner , eyebrow, lip liner or any facial tattoos. Indiviuals who are willing to be photographed.Individuals who have crepey skin under eye, crow’s feet. etc.

Study Eligibility Requirements:
* Females ages 35-70
* Individuals who have no damage, facial tattoos, scars, non-removable piercings, micro-bladed eyebrows, on their face

DUE TO INSURANCE LIABILITIES, CHILDREN ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE OFFICE.

Masks are optional and temperatures will be taken. Due to insurance liabilities children will not be permitted in any of the offices.

Referrals are greatly appreciated. For each individual you refer you will receive a $25.00 referral bonus. Individuals must be new to ALS and not currently in our database. Referral forms are at the main office and must be completed by both parties and handed in on the first day of the study. Individual must register, be recruited, enrolled, and complete their study to receive referral bonus.
